Sunny Day!

Today is a lovely day! Savi has been asking all winter, "When can we play in the sprinkler?" Well today they finally did. We are starting to get our yard back in shape after the dogs destroyed it this winter. It has been awesome to have this last weekend to enjoy being outside.

It has been a crazy weekend to say the least. Saturday night Todd hosted a "guys night". Obviously I was not around to be a part of that. Instead I went to a friends house and we had and outside fire and roasted marshmallows. Super fun! The next day I stayed home with the kiddoes while Todd went to the church and helped with the new garden we are planting to supply the food pantry. That evening we hosted a small gathering for the people that lead worship over the Easter season. Once again it was lovely outside so we hung out in the back yard and built a fire and had more marshmallows. Gotta love the marshmallows! Sunday we went to church in the morning and then hosted Small group at our house that evening. Definitely a full house this weekend, but tons of fun being with all those friends.

I am looking forward to enjoying the backyard more and more as the warmer weather starts coming our way!
