Savannah's 6th Birthday Party

So our little girl turned six. Well, officially she turns six tomorrow, June 8th, but her party was today. She asked for a zebra party this year. Since Zebras are pretty popular this year I figured it wouldn't be too hard. Since I like Costco cakes, and they are cheap I bought a blank Costco cake and decorated it myself. I thought it turned out pretty awesome. I also bought some iron on stuff and made her a zebra t-shirt. Savi's biggest wish was to have a water fight at her party. I started planning that way and then looked at the weather report. It was supposed to rain. Savi prayed every night leading up to today that God would let her have her water fight. Although the skies were gray the rain held out and we were able to have a really fun time. As the kids entered the house they had to come through a forest of balloons. We then had a pinata. After the kids collected their candy they donned garbage bags decorated with black tape to look like zebras they then had their water fight! It was a blast! We came inside, did presents and cake and then played while we waited for parents to come pick up. All in all a wonderful day! Thank you God for holding off the rain and wind!!!
